Castello di Neive and the barbaresco have become my home away from home after having worked harvest for them in 2012, and I am incredibly excited to welcome my dear friend and winery owner Italo Stupino here to Charlotte, and even better, to enjoy dinner with us here at Aria!
Castello di Neive speaks to the heart and soul of the Barbaresco, producing wines from the earth with an elegance and openness that is often uncommon in wines from the region. And Italo himself is as big of a personality as his wine, with such a passion for life! Knowing this about him, I thought the best style for the dinner would be family style, just like the big Sunday dinners in Italy, with lots of food, incredible wines and great friends to enjoy it all with.

Aria Bar Bites! Enjoy nine small plates for $5 each! Crispy Chicken Livers with Pimento Cheese Polenta, Cheeseburger Sliders with Bacon Jam & Calamari Fritti with Lemon Aioli, just to name a few. Every evening in the bar beginning at 5pm!
Dinner guests can now sit back and put themselves in our hands. Enjoy Chef Frank's "Sunday Lunch" Pasta Tasting, just like Mamma makes! Five courses, Chef's choice, $30 per guest, $30 wine pairing optional. Full table participation required.
"Nose to Tail" Feast
